HD-CL-012X experimental bench is a multi-functional professional experimental equipment developed by our company for gear transmission and related courses in colleges and universities and scientific research institutes. The test bench is composed of platform base plate, frequency conversion motor, torque speed sensor, planetary fault simulation gearbox, loader, coupling, PLC intelligent control cabinet, circulating cooling system, etc.
The gearbox test bench has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, easy operation and stable performance . This equipment can be flexibly configured with various sensors, and can analyze the fault characteristics of many common rotating machinery faults. It is used together with the data acquisition system developed by our company to form a multi-purpose and comprehensive experimental system platform, which provides a good experimental .
