HD-FD-H-03X experimental bench is a multi-functional professional experimental equipment developed by our company for rotor gear transmission and related courses in universities and research institutes.
The experimental platform is composed of platform bottom plate, variable frequency motor, torque speed sensor, rolling bearing seat, balance plate, radial loading device, sensor mounting bracket, planetary fault simulation gear box, loader, coupling, PLC intelligent control cabinet, circulation cooling system, etc.
The rotor gear drive test bench has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient disassembly, easy operation and stable performance. This device can be flexibly configured with various sensors to analyze the fault characteristics of many common rotating machinery faults. It is used together with the data acquisition system developed by our company to form a multi-purpose and comprehensive experimental system platform for researchers engaged in rotor gear transmission and related courses
