1. The basic structure of the test bench
The test bench uses a motor, a dynamic torque sensor, a rolling bearing rotor system, a water-lubricated bearing blade rotor system, and a parallel shaft gearbox for speeding up. The load motor is used as the experimental load to form a complete fault simulation system. The experimental load can be changed by adjusting the load motor. . Supporting data acquisition system and related software, acceleration sensor, etc. can realize the vibration, noise, torque and speed signal measurement of normal and faulty gears.
2. Experimental research content
Research on the failure mechanism of parallel shaft gearboxes: different failure forms of straight teeth and helical teeth, such as pitting, wear, cracks, broken teeth, missing teeth and other common failures; different failure forms can also be customized according to requirements;
Rotor fault research: rotor unbalance fault, rotor misalignment fault, rotor friction fault, etc.;
Rolling bearing fault research: different fault forms of support bearings, such as pitting, cracks, wear, cage fracture, etc.;
Research on the failure mechanism of water-lubricated bearings and blades: water-lubricated bearing experiments, blade impact grinding experiments, etc.;
Simulation of different working conditions: gear characteristics under the state of motor speed up and down, gear characteristics under different load states, etc.;
