1. The basic structure of the test bench
The test bench uses motors, dynamic torque sensors, rolling bearing rotor systems, and eddy current brakes as experimental loads to form a complete fault simulation system. Manual radial loading kits and eddy current brakes can be used at the same time to change the size of the experimental load. Supporting data acquisition system and related software, acceleration sensor, eddy current sensor, etc. can realize vibration, noise, torque and speed signal measurement of normal and faulty bearings and rotor faults.
2. Experimental research content
Motor fault research: With different types of faulty motors and current and voltage sensors, it is possible to study motor rotor unbalance faults, motor bearing faults, motor rotor broken bar faults, etc.;
Rotor fault research: rotor unbalance fault, rotor misalignment fault, rotor friction fault, rotor crack fault, rotor deformation fault, etc.;
Rolling bearing fault research: different fault forms of support bearings, such as pitting, cracks, wear, cage fracture, etc.;
Simulation of different working conditions: rotor and bearing characteristics under the state of motor speed up and down, rotor and bearing characteristics under different load conditions, etc.
